We have in place a fully approved ISO 9001:2015 Quality System that we strictly adhere to throughout the manufacturing process. We can also supplement this with Enhanced Product Material traceability, back to Manufacturers Lot Codes if required. First Article Inspection Reports, 100% article testing and Burn-in if required. We maintain our manufacturing records for every product manufactured to ensure full and continued knowledge and traceable of every part designed and manufactured. We are able to provide a complete after sales service for our customers.
We will continue to remain committed to providing quality products and service with constant reinvestment made within the company to improve our systems and methods of manufacture. This enables us to offer a better quality of product and by continuing to reappraise existing standards we ensure our systems remain up to date and of the highest standard.
The quality management system of Gama Electronics is assessed by United Registrar of Systems (URS) under the terms set out by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). The company operates fully in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015, and holds approval certificate number URS: 16820/A/0001/UK/En currently at Issue 6.
