Anti-Corruption Statement
The Bribery Act 2010 came into force on 1st July 2011 with the principal aim of preventing acts of bribery within businesses and aligning business practices both in the UK and abroad. The Bribery Act imposes a number of requirements and obligations upon businesses & employees.
The Gama Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy sets out how Gama will address these requirements and is a key tool for employees and customers in ensuring compliance with the Bribery Act. The policy addresses important bribery-related matters including gifts and hospitality, payments to officials, and political and charitable donations.
In the spirit of transparency and honesty, Gama is committed to conduct all business in an honest and ethical manner. Gama takes a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and is committed to acting professionally, fairly, and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships. All employees throughout the company are responsible for the implementation & adherence to this Anti Bribery & Anti-Corruption Policy, as are agents, subcontractors and all other third-party associates of Gama.
