Gama specialize in the manufacture of wire wound components within the ferrite range including E, EFD, ETD,PQ RM core assemblies etc. We also manufacture other types of coils including many custom designed assemblies, Solenoids, Sensor Coils, Mag Amp assemblies, bonded and self supporting coils
We produce a varied and diverse range of windings using, Litz wire, Tex wire, Foil and Enamelled Copper wire from 0.05mm to 1.2mm diameter.
Our manufacturing works schedule demonstrates that we can produce more than 3,000 coils per month, with orders ranging from one off batches of between 25 and 200 pieces to annual quantities of between 1,000 and 8,000 pieces.
RM RANGE
Types: We currently supply windings in range from RM6 to RM14
Cores: We can supply assemblies fitted with all types, gapped or un-gapped
Batch sizes: Typically we can produce monthly quantities of between 25 to 200
Finish: Plain, Varnish Dipped or fully Vacuum Impregnated
E CORE RANGE
Types: ETD, EFD, EE, EF.
We supply windings on most core types and sizes, pinned or surface mount (where available)
Cores: We supply assemblies fitted with all types, gapped or un-gapped
Batch sizes: Typically we can produce monthly quantities between 25 to 1000
Finish: Plain, Varnish Dipped or fully Vacuum Impregnated
SPECIALS
We produce many other types of assemblies that are peculiar to individual customers.
